The Topsky Dragon Conquest D4 is an explosion-proof tracked unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) from the RXR-MC80BD family, built for combined fire suppression and reconnaissance in the most hazardous industrial settings. Rated at ExdIIB+H2T6Gb and sealed to IP67, the D4 is engineered for petrochemical refineries, fuel storage facilities, and chemical handling zones where conventional suppression approaches are constrained by ignition risk. Its heavy-duty tracked chassis — constructed with heat-tolerant, fire-retardant rubber and internal metal lining — is rated for a maximum speed of up to 1.81 m/s, obstacle crossing of 220 mm, wading depth of 500 mm, and a climbing ability of approximately 40°, and is capable of dragging two fully charged DN80 fire hoses toward a fire front to extend supply lines without exposing personnel.

At the operational core of the D4 is a remotely controlled water and foam monitor delivering 80 L/s at pressures up to 1.2 MPa, with a water reach of approximately 80 m and a foam reach of 73.2 m. The monitor supports rotation, pitch adjustment, and multiple spray modes — enabling operators to select from direct stream to wide-coverage patterns suited to different fire scenarios. Onboard HD video, real-time audio collection, and multi-gas environmental sensing (CO₂, CO, H₂S, CH₄, humidity, and temperature) provide continuous situational awareness, while an automatic water-curtain self-cooling system and optional cloud telemetry platform keep incident commanders informed of robot status, battery level, and gas environment readings throughout the operation.
