The Topsky K22-C is a compact tethered CCTV crawler designed for the inspection of gravity sewers, storm drains, culverts, and confined industrial pipelines where human entry is unsafe or impractical. Built to an IP68 protection standard, the K22-C is sealed against dust and continuous water immersion, making it suitable for the wet, silt-laden, and chemically exposed conditions typical of active sewer and drainage networks. At 510 × 310 × 250 mm and 20 kg, the system sits in the portable deployment category — carried to a manhole access point and lowered into the pipe using standard field procedures — while still delivering a 4K imaging payload that supports clear identification of cracks, displaced joints, root intrusion, corrosion, and sediment accumulation along the pipe wall.

The K22-C operates via a tether of up to 300 m, providing reliable power delivery and high-quality video transmission in environments where soil, concrete, and pipe geometry would block wireless signals. The crawler achieves a maximum speed of 0.5 m/s, a climbing ability of 40°, and an obstacle clearance of 85 mm, enabling navigation through partially obstructed pipelines and mild gradients. With up to four hours of runtime per deployment, the K22-C supports extended inspection runs suited to municipal utility condition assessments, industrial plant pipeline checks, and blockage investigations where rapid visual confirmation of obstruction type and location is needed to plan appropriate rehabilitation or maintenance response.
