- Top compute tier of the Master Mini An NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 32 GB module delivers 200 TOPS, the most of the three Master Mini configurations.
- Ready for robot soccer Ball detection, chasing and shooting skills work with a stereo depth camera and 9-axis IMU to track the ball and stay upright.
- Built to take falls Every unit is reinforced to impact-test standards for frequent falls and collisions, with active balance recovery.
- ROS 2 in Python and C++ Open SDKs, ROS 2 support and simulation, training and deployment tools take student code from simulation to the real robot.
- One person can carry it At 95 cm and about 19.5 kg it moves between classroom, lab and pitch in its own transport case.
- About 80 minutes per battery The replaceable 5 Ah battery gives roughly 80 minutes of walking at 0.4 m/s and recharges in two hours or less.
- Hears and answers A ring of three microphones and a speaker handle speech recognition and conversation.
Description
The FF Master Mini Ultra is the flagship configuration of Faraday Future's Master Mini, a 95 cm, 19.5 kg humanoid built to be programmed in a classroom and played on a robot-soccer pitch. It is a different and much smaller machine from the 131 cm FF Master line: the Mini is sized so that one person can carry it, set it up and store it.
Every Master Mini shares the same body: 22 degrees of freedom (six in each leg, four in each arm and two in the head), 60 N·m of peak joint torque with dual encoders and torque feedback on key joints, a top speed of 1.1 m/s and a turning rate of 1.5 rad/s. The Ultra differs in its compute. An NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 32 GB module rated at 200 TOPS, the largest of the three configurations, is intended for professional embodied-AI development and competition practice, and the 5 Ah battery gives about 80 minutes of walking at 0.4 m/s.
Perception is a head-mounted stereo depth camera fused with a 9-axis IMU, plus a ring of three microphones and a speaker for conversation. Out of the box it walks, turns, stands up after a fall, dances and plays soccer, detecting, chasing and shooting a ball. Faraday Future builds every unit to impact-test standards for the falls and collisions that come with practice. Development runs on Linux with ROS 2, with SDKs in Python and C++ and tools that take a policy from simulation through training to deployment on the robot.
It suits university labs working on locomotion and robot learning, schools running humanoid soccer teams, and educators who want students to see their code move a real robot. Connectivity is Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 and Gigabit Ethernet, and the robot comes with a joystick controller, a charger, its 5 Ah battery and a transport case.
